Marketing Manager

Eliza, a Charleston, SC native, earned her Bachelor of English and Theatre with a Concentration of Creative Writing from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. She joined the Consistent Capital team in 2025, bringing over four years of experience in marketing with special emphases on social media management, email CRM, and graphic design. In her free time, Eliza enjoys creative writing, gardening, and sailing with her husband.

Alicia Griffith

Process Manager

Alicia started her career in finance over ten years ago. She previously worked for Security Finance as a Branch Manager for eight years and Lendmark Financial Services as a Sr Loan Consultant for two years, specializing in personal loans. She understands the importance of having a great relationship with her borrower and making sure they have a successful experience during their loan process.

Alicia is a native of Guthrie, KY where she resides with her husband, Casey. She enjoys photography, spending time with her family and friends and serving in her church and community.

Taylor Whitehair

Servicing Specialist

Taylor was raised in Buckhannon, WV, and moved to Charlotte, NC, to attend Wingate University. He graduated from Wingate University with a degree in Business Management, and immediately joined Southeast Customs to advance his knowledge in construction. Driven by a growing interest in real estate investment, Taylor sought to join Consistent Capital, and did so in January 2025. Taylor enjoys golfing, being with his family, and traveling with his fiancé, Cassidy.

Alisa Yori

Process Manager

Alisa Yori has over 15 years of experience in banking and financial services, with expertise spanning consumer, commercial, and private lending. She has held leadership roles in loan operations, credit analysis, collections, and process optimization, consistently improving efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Prior to joining Consistent Capital, Alisa served as Director of Lending at MyUSA Credit Union, where she led initiatives that strengthened lending performance and member services. Most recently, she held the role of Sales Operations Manager at Locklin Capital, where she managed end-to-end loan processing, borrower communication, and drove operational improvements.

Originally from Ohio, Alisa now lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband, Alfredo, and their young daughter, Rhiannon. She enjoys soaking up the sun while teaching Rhi to swim, traveling to new destinations, and exploring the outdoors with her family.

Spencer Epley

Underwriter

Spencer, a Greenville, SC native, earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Coastal Carolina University. He joined Consistent Capital in 2024, bringing over four years of expertise in business purpose lending from his time at Lima One Capital, where he excelled in processing and underwriting. Before that, Spencer spent six years building a strong foundation in the banking industry. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors and traveling with his wife, Brittany, their son, Kenan, and their two loyal Labrador Retrievers.

Frank Arancio

Closing & Post-Closing Coordinator

Frank, a native of Los Angeles, California, earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Cal State University, Long Beach. He joined the Consistent Capital team in 2024, bringing over six years of valuable experience in banking and mortgage services, having worked with industry leaders like Wells Fargo, Civic Financial Services, and Citi Bank. Now residing in Charlotte, NC, Frank enjoys an active lifestyle, including working out, camping, and spending quality time with family and friends, especially cheering on his favorite football teams.

Zak Staton

Process Manager

Zak grew up in Sarasota, FL, and attended the University of South Florida, where he earned a degree in Marketing with a concentration in Sports Marketing. After graduating, he moved to Greenville, SC, with his wife, Molly, where he started a career in Private Real Estate Lending. Zak has over four years of experience in Investor Real Estate, specializing in operations, sales, lender/client relations, and account management. He joined Consistent Capital in 2024, seeking to expand his knowledge of real estate investing and provide additional processing insights to a growing company.

Outside of work, Zak is the proud father of Cooper James Staton and has three dogs: Nala, Beaux, and JoJo. His hobbies include working out, golfing, spending time with family, and watching NASCAR.

Matt Howard

Business Development Representative, TN

Matt grew up in Indianapolis, IN, and graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a degree in Business Economics & Public Policy. Over the past 12 years, he has built a diverse career in sales, business development, and management, working across various industries including retail, manufacturing, technology, and finance.

Matt is an active investor in the Nashville market, managing a portfolio of both long-term and short-term rentals. In his free time, he enjoys watching IU basketball, playing golf and pickleball, and exploring Nashville’s vibrant restaurant scene with his fiancée, Victoria. They also share their home with a 1-year-old Bernedoodle named Nellie.

Nate Wolosiewicz

Managing Director, FL

Nate has over 22 years of experience in Real Estate Finance, starting in QM lending for 12 years before transitioning to Business Purpose Lending. Prior to joining Consistent Capital as Managing Director (GA, FL), Nate served as Regional Director and Senior Vice President of Sales, where he assisted lenders in expanding their origination footprint and revenue in the Southeast.

Nate and his teams have been recognized as top producers in the industry for the last 5 years, focusing on delivering high-level service and sound advice to investors.

Nate resides in Atlanta, GA, with his wife of 22 years and their three teenagers. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, particularly mountain biking and golf, as well as spending time on the lake wakeboarding and wake surfing with his family.

Cayman Morris

Loan Support Specialist

Cayman grew up in Lynchburg, VA, and moved to Charlotte, NC, to study Exercise Science at Wingate University. After graduating, he began his career at Total Quality Logistics, working in operations and eventually as a Sales Support Manager in the Charlotte office. Seeking to transition into the real estate investment finance space, Cayman joined Consistent Capital.

Outside of work, Cayman enjoys golfing, basketball, and traveling with his wife of two years and their dog, Hatchet.

Joanie Cooper

Chief Operating Officer

Joanie has been in the real estate market for 20 years with a background in general real estate and finance. She started out working as a Florida Realtor, then created a property management company, and worked for 2 of the top 5 builders in the US. During the economic downturn Joanie worked as a Middle School Algebra teacher while remaining one of the top real estate producers in the Tampa Bay area. She worked for Direct Lending Partners as the Underwriting and Processing manger managing a team and creating processes that allowed the company to scale. As a Senior Underwriter for Civic Financial Services, she helped participate in 2.5 billion dollars in growth for the company. Her most recent experience was Operations Manager with Algent, a private money lender.

Joanie is a Florida native and lives in Palm Coast, Florida with her husband and their 2 dogs. She and her husband have 3 grown children, and have been married for over 30 years. Currently, they operate a graphic design business and have a rental property in North Carolina. They enjoy island life living at the beach, but also hiking in the mountains when they spend time in their cabin. Together they have traveled to over 18 countries.

Cole Beaver

Managing Director, GA

Cole was born and raised in Charleston, SC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Wingate University. Upon leaving Wingate, Cole embarked on a career with Hendrick Automotive Group, where he dedicated six years of service, progressing from a lot attendant to the position of Finance Manager at the Lexus of Charleston dealership. Seeking a change of pace, Cole transitioned to Consistent Capital. Outside of work, he enjoys various outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, and golfing. In his leisure time, Cole can often be found spending quality time with his fiancée and their two dogs, Cleo and Chapo.

Jack Lupo

Chief Revenue Officer

Jack has been in Real Estate Finance for over 7 years. Most recently, he managed offices for Civic Financial Services in FL, GA, NC, SC, and TN, producing $600M in annual originations. Prior to joining Civic, he worked in the front office for the Chicago Cubs World Series Championship team.

Jack lives in Nashville, TN, with his wife and daughter. He enjoys investing locally in various types of real estate assets.

Dan Handford

Partner, Co-Founder

Dan has an extensive successful background in starting multiple seven- and eight-figure businesses from scratch including a group of non-surgical orthopedic medical clinics located throughout South Carolina. He is the founder of the Multifamily Investor Nation where he educates a nationwide group (40,000+ members) of multifamily investors on how to properly invest in multifamily assets.

Dan is one of the managing partners of PassiveInvesting.com, a private equity real estate investment firm focused on building passive income and equity for its passive investors through risk-adjusted real estate investments across the United States. The group has acquired over $1.8 Billion in real estate assets including large apartment complexes, self-storage, hotels, and express car washes.

Dan is also one of the founder members and managing partners of Rehab Wallet, a hard money lender based in the Carolina’s.

Kelli Garrett

Partner, Co-Founder

Kelli has over 30 years of professional experience in the fields of management, real estate and lending. She began her professional career at a Fortune 500 company where she quickly moved up the ranks eventually becoming a Division Manager. In this position, Kelli managed multiple facilities and 1000+ employees. After 12 years in corporate America, she decided to follow her dream of becoming an entrepreneur.

Since then, Kelli has owned and operated multiple successful businesses including a mortgage brokerage, a house flipping business, a manufacturing company and many others. Kelli has also built an extensive real estate portfolio that includes both active and passive investments.

Kelli is currently one of the founding members and managing partners of Rehab Wallet, a hard money lending company in the Carolinas and Georgia. Rehab Wallet has funded over $250 million in loans since its inception in 2020.

Jon Waters

Operations Manager

Jon is a seasoned real estate and mortgage professional with over 10 years in the industry. After graduating from Clemson University with a double major in accounting and financial management and a minor in real estate, Jon began his real estate career with Centex Homes in Charlotte, NC. Most recently, Jon spent approximately 3 years with Civic Financial Services, where he held both sales and operations roles. Jon was one of the highest performing operations specialists at the company. As Consistent Capital’s Operations Manager, he will be working closely with our partners to provide a consistent and great experience.
Jon and his wife, Grace, along with their first child, reside on Daniel Island, SC.

Whit McCarthy

CEO, Co-Founder

Whit has been a Senior Executive in the Real Estate Finance world for over 10 years. He was one of the original founders and members of Civic Financial Services, which was a leading national private money lender that originated over $9 Billion of business purpose loans and was one of a handful of companies that helped usher in a new era in the world of investor lending.

Whit has been honored as one of National Mortgage Professional’s “40 Under 40” and received the “Standard of Excellence Award” from the National Lending Experts.

Whit lives in Mount Pleasant, SC with his wife, two children, and 2 dogs. He and his wife are real estate investors, focusing on building a portfolio of rental properties in the greater Charleston, SC market. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his family and is a passionate golfer, fly fisherman, and traveler.

Danny Randazzo

Danny has over a half a decade of professional experience working as a financial consultant for one of the premier financial consulting firms in the country. He advised multi-billion dollar companies and helped them achieve results in areas that include improved revenue performance, increased profit margin, and enhanced technology utilization.

Danny is one of the managing partners of PassiveInvesting.com, a private equity real estate investment firm focused on building passive income and equity for its passive investors through risk-adjusted real estate investments across the United States. The group has acquired over $1.8 Billion in real estate assets including large apartment complexes, self-storage, hotels, and express car washes.

Danny is also one of the founder members and managing partners of Rehab Wallet, a hard money lender based in the Carolina’s.
