Over the past 12 years, he has built a diverse career in sales, business development, and management, working across various industries including retail, manufacturing, technology, and finance.

Matt is an active investor in the Nashville market, managing a portfolio of both long-term and short-term rentals. In his free time, he enjoys watching IU basketball, playing golf and pickleball, and exploring Nashville’s vibrant restaurant scene with his fiancée, Victoria. They also share their home with a 1-year-old Bernedoodle named Nellie.
